Total time: 15 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: 1 watermelon sliced into cubes, seeds removed 1 tbsp fresh basil 2 tbsp fresh lime juice 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp olive oil feta cheese -- optional Instructions: 1. slice watermelon into cubes and place into a food processor 2. add the basil, lime, and honey and puree until liquid consistency forms 3. pour soup into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with feta cheese
