Cook time: 20 minutes Total time: 35 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: Sliders: 1 lb ground turkey 1/2 C chopped spinach 1/4 C pine nuts 2 tbsp dried cranberries 1-2 tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp parsley 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp paprika Dip: 1/3 C mayo 2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp paprika Instructions: 1. place the slider spices, spinach, pine nuts and cranberries in a food processor and pulse until broken up small 2. pour mixture into a bowl and add in the ground turkey until well combined then form into meatballs (makes about 10-12) 3. in a medium pan on medium heat melt the coconut oil and add the meatballs, turning on each side until evenly browned 4. while the sliders are cooking in the pan mix the mayo and spices together in a small bowl and set aside 5. serve together and enjoy!
