Total time: 15 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: 1 tbsp white cooking wine 4 tbsp olive oil, divided 1 tbsp agave 1/2 red onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 bunches of swiss chard, roughly chopped and stems removed 1/4 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp sea salt Instructions: 1. slice swiss chard and place into salad bowl 2. in a medium pan heat 2 tbsp olive oil, with the onion, garlic and paprika cooking for 5 minutes until they become fragrant 3. while they are cooking in a small bowl add the white wine, remaining 2 tbsp olive oil and agave and whisk together 4. place onion and garlic mixture on top of the swiss chard then add the dressing on top 5. add sea salt and mix until well tossed
