rosemary potato wedges

Ingredients:
8 yukon gold potatoes
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
1 tsp garlic & herb seasoning
2 tbsp avocado oil

Instructions:
1. preheat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
2. slice potatoes into wedges and place on baking sheet
3. cover potatoes with avocado oil and spices, mixing until well coated
4. cook for 15 minutes, flip and cook for additional 20
