Cook time: 10 minutes Total time: 15 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: 1 bunch asparagus 1-2 tbsp avocado or olive oil salt & pepper to taste Instructions: 1. preheat oven to 375 2. line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper 3. gently bend the asparagus stalks until they snap (or cut them) discarding the ends 4. lay flat on the baking sheet and over with oil, salt and pepper 5. bake for 7-10 minutes until lightly browned
