Total time: 8 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: 6 dates, pitted 2 tbsp hemp seeds 1/2 tsp lucuma powder 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 1/4 tsp almond extract pinch of himalayan sea salt 1/4 C + 1 tbsp coconut butter, melted cacao powder (optional) Instructions: 1. add all the ingredients except the coconut butter to a food processor and blend until mealy consistency forms 2. add the coconut oil until it's well combined 3. form into balls and roll in cacao powder if desired
