Cook time: 20 minutes Total time: 25 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: 1 lb bone in pork chops 1 1/2 C frozen cherries 1 C balsamic vinegar salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. preheat oven to 375 2. in a small pan pour the balsamic and let simmer on low-med heat stirring occasionally 3. heat another oven safe pan on high heat for about 5 minutes 4. sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper 5. add pork chops to the heated pan and cook on 2 minutes each side 6. remove from the stovetop and place in the oven cooking for 12-15 minutes 7. while the pork chops are in the oven continue stirring the balsamic, it should be bubbling at this point, then add the cherries 8. stir occasionally until cherries are soft and sauce has reduced but is not sticky* *if it starts to get sticky the heat is too high, reduce
