Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 60 minutes
Total time: 1 hour 10 minutes

Ingredients:
10 oz chocolate
2 tsp coconut oil
5 candy canes, crushed

Instructions:
1. remove wrappers from candy canes and place in a plastic bag 
2. crush candy canes with kitchen mallet until pieces are small (a food processor also works)
3. heat chocolate and coconut oil in a small saucepan on low stirring frequently 
4. remove from heat and place parchment paper on small baking sheet
5. evenly spread the chocolate for desired thickness and add the crushed candy canes, pressing lightly to ensure they are intact
6. place in fridge for 1 hour or more
7. remove and break into desired serving size
