fall spice doughnuts

Servings: 5

Ingredients:
Doughnuts
1 C almond flour
1/4 C + 1 tbsp almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 eggs, whisked
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice OR apple pie spice
Topping
1/3 C coconut sugar
1 tsp + 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:
1. preheat doughnut maker according to instructions
2. in a small bowl mix the topping ingredients and set aside
3. mix all doughnut ingredients together in a bowl and pour into lightly greased doughnut maker
4. remove doughnuts when browned and move to a cooling rack
5. once cool, dip both sides of the doughnuts into the topping mixture and serve!
