easy meal prep chicken

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken
2 tbsp  coconut oil

Instructions:
1. place coconut oil in a pan on medium heat until melted
2. while the coconut oil is heating, cut the chicken into small bite sized pieces 
3. add chicken to the pan and reduce heat to low, stir frequently until the chicken is lightly browned
