Ingredients:
1 1/2 C pine nuts
1/3 C + 2 tbsp olive oil (you can use a little more for a smoother sauce)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 C basil leaves, stems removed

Instructions:
1. place the pine nuts in a food processor and puree until they break down into a meal consistency
2. add the remaining ingredients and puree until the desired consistency is reached
