Cook time: 15 minutes Total time: 20 minutes Servings: 5 Ingredients: 2 C almond flour 1 egg 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted 1/4 C creamed or raw honey 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp sea salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp orange zest 3 tbsp dried cranberries* Instructions: 1. preheat oven to 350 2. line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease 3. using a hand mixer, mix all ingredients except for cranberries in a bowl until well combined 4. fold in the cranberries 5. using a tablespoon drop the cookies onto baking sheet and lightly press with a fork 6. bake for 12-15 minutes, remove and let cool for about 5 minutes *opt for unsweetened cranberries or those only sweetened with fruit juices
