cinnamon waffles

Ingredients:
1/2 C almond flour
1/2 C tapioca flour
1/4 C coconut flour
2 eggs, whisked
1/2 C almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 Tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions:
1. mix all ingredients in bowl until well combined
2. pour into waffle maker and cook according to waffle machine instructions, usually about 10 minutes
3. top with fresh fruit, additional cinnamon, and maple syrup
