Cook time: 17 minutes Total time: 32 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: 1 lb thin sliced chicken breasts 1 egg, whisked 1/2 C almond meal 2 tsp italian seasoning 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp sea salt 2 tsp garlic powder marinara sauce for dipping Instructions: 1. preheat oven to 400 and line a small baking sheet with foil or parchment paper 2. in a small bowl mix the almond meal and spices together 3. in a separate bowl, whisk the egg 4. slice the chicken breast into small bite sized pieces 5. dip the breast pieces into the egg and then coat with flour and spice mixture 6, place on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes 7. dip in marinara sauce
