Cook time: 8 hours in fridge Total time: 8 hours 5 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: Vanilla 1 14 oz can light coconut milk 3 tbsp chia seeds 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp maple syrup Chocolate 1 14 oz can light coconut milk 3 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp cocoa powder Instructions: 1. mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a lid 2. cover and shake generously 3. place in fridge 4-8 hours (I like to store them overnight) top with fresh fruit, nuts, and/or unsweetened coconut flakes
