guest post: 'cheesy' spinach oatmeal

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
1/2 C rolled oats
1 C water
1-2 handfuls of spinach
1/4 C nutritional yeast
dash of sea salt

Instructions:
1. put the water in saucepan with salt and bring to a boil
2. when you get to a rolling bowl, add rolled oats, stir and reduce heat to low
3. let simmer 5- 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
4. when a small amount of water is remaining add in the spinach and nutritional yeast
5. stir until well combined and serve!
