Cook time: 15 minutes Total time: 20 minutes Ingredients: 2 C raw, unsalted cashews 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp + 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp garlic salt pinch of salt and pepper Instructions: 1. preheat oven to 350 2. line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and lay cashews on top 3. drizzle olive oil on cashews and toss until well covered 4. mix the spices together in a small bowl and then pour on top of cashews and mix until evenly coated 5. place in oven for 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes so they don't burn
