15 minute chicken salad

Ingredients:
1/2 C diced cucumbers
1/4 C diced red onions
1/8 C diced jalapeños seeds removed
8 oz cooked chicken breasts
1/4 tsp pepper
pinch of sea salt
1/2 C mayo
1/4 tsp old bay seasoning

Instructions:
1. place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined, serve on top of fresh lettuce, in a salad or in a sandwich!
