Cook time: 20 minutes Total time: 30 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: 3 eggs 1/2 C coconut flour 3 tbsp arrowroot flour 1/2 tsp orange extract or 1/8 tsp orange essential oil 1/4 C unsweetened coconut milk 1/4 C coconut sugar 1/4 tsp baking soda 3 tbsp butter, melted frosting of choice (I use simple mills) Instructions: 1. preheat oven to 350 2. mix wet ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined 3. mix dry ingredients together in medium bowl until well combined 4. fold in wet ingredients to dry 5. line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners, and pour the batter into them filling about halfway 6. bake for 20 minutes 7. remove and let cool then top with frosting
